Adult Measuring Guide

1. Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor, and level at the back too, put your arms down by your sides as this adjusts the measurement. Measure yourself without a padded bra.
2. Measure around your naturel waist.
3. Measure 8” below the waist to find the fullest part of your hips, Measure around your hips keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
4. Measure from the hollow in your neck to the waist
5. Measure from the waist to the length you need.
