All goods hired are the property of Well Groomed Ltd.
Goods hired are the sole responsibility of the customer when taken from our premises and are hired on the understanding that they are returned on the date due back, in an undamaged
condition.
In the event of the goods not being returned by the return date and time indicated on the suit carrier bag then you will be liable to extra hire charges at the rate of 1x
the original hire charge.
In the event of the goods not being returned within 7 days of the due return date the customer shall be liable to Well Groomed Ltd for the value at the
current selling price as at the date of hire, together with any outstanding hire charges.
Well Groomed Ltd will not be responsible if by reason of fire, accident, strike, lockout or force majeure, or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control any article
is not available for hire on the date of collection.
Well Groomed Ltd will not be liable for any damage, loss or injuries of any kind caused by or from any of the goods hired or their use.
On the goods being returned the security deposit left shall be returned to the customer less any overdue hire charges and/or a reasonable estimate of the cost of making good or replacement
any damaged caused to the goods. PLEASE NOTE If ADW has been taken this does not cover against tears, rips, un-removable stains, cigarette burns, or anything which we cannot
repair or that we cannot rehire again (If you require this kind of cover some wedding insurance policies may be suitable).
THE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF YOUR TOTAL ACCOUNT IS PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE REFUNDABLE.
We strongly recommend that each wearer is fitted in store, and attends the final fitting in person. Final fittings are done by appointment only. Failure to attend to your fitting at
the appointed time may lead to us being unable to replace any garment if it is unsuitable.
We are unable to take individual deposits/payments. Payments will only be accepted by the Account Holder.
If you require canceling your booking at any time you must inform us in writing at your earliest opportunity, your deposit will not be refunded. Any account balances with 2 months or less
before the function date will not be refunded. Suits purchased/ordered for purchase will not be refunded. All balances will still be due. We can however hold the monies if postponement
is required.
